SRT Cabs provides taxi, bus, and school trip transportation services within Delhi NCR and other designated areas. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. The terms outlined herein govern the use of all services provided by SRT Cabs.
Advance bookings are required for all trips. Full or partial payment must be made at the time of booking, as per the package selected. Payment can be made through cash, online banking, or any accepted digital payment method.
Cancellations must be communicated in writing or through our customer care. Refunds for cancellations are subject to the following conditions:
Passengers are required to follow all safety guidelines provided by the driver or staff during the journey. Any damage caused to the vehicle due to passenger negligence will be charged to the passenger(s) responsible. Passengers are responsible for ensuring they carry all necessary belongings. SRT Cabs is not liable for any lost items during the trip.
All drivers are trained professionals and are responsible for adhering to traffic regulations and maintaining safety during the journey. Drivers are not allowed to make unscheduled stops unless it is an emergency or mutually agreed upon.
All vehicles are regularly maintained and equipped with safety features. In the unlikely event of a vehicle breakdown, we will make alternative arrangements to continue the journey.
SRT Cabs is not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the booking in case of disputes or service issues.
Schools must provide a list of students and supervisors traveling on the trip. Adequate adult supervision is mandatory during school trips. Any special requests or requirements must be communicated at the time of booking.
Passengers must maintain decorum during the trip and respect fellow passengers and staff. Alcohol, smoking, and illegal substances are strictly prohibited inside our vehicles.
SRT Cabs reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be updated on our website and communicated to customers where applicable.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
